Technical & Safety - the Paxman NEUROPATHY SYSTEM
Manage CIPN with confidence
The Paxman Neuropathy System has been developed and evaluated with a commitment to scientific rigour, patient safety, and clinical performance, in order to effectively reduce chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy.
Explore the studies and safety information that underpin the system's use, providing you with the information needed to make informed treatment decisions for your patients.
The primary clinical benefit of the Paxman Neuropathy System is a 95% relative risk reduction in incidence of CTCAE grade ≥2 CIPN versus untreated, historical, non-randomised controls, representing reduction of higher grade neuropathy that would otherwise require intervention or chemotherapy dose modification.
The secondary clinical benefit is a 70% relative reduction in incidence of any grade CIPN versus untreated control, as assessed by the CTCAE and EORTC QLQ-CIPN20.*
